Bloodmobile on Wednesday, September 2nd. 11am-4pm. Red Cross is looking for members to help them run the program. Help set up on Tuesday, Sept 1 after lodge meeting.
Wrestling Saturday, September 5. 50/50 Raffle for Sign Fund
Seaside Cornhole at the Seaside Elks Lodge on Friday. COME JOIN US!
Initiations We will be holding Initiations at various times and dates. Check calendar by office window.
Horse Races & Left Right Center Game: Watch for news about our new horse race game which will be
offered on Tuesdays. We hope to offer the Left Right Center Game on Fridays (Starting on September 11 in the Pool Room at 6:30pm. (Will depend on availability of a person to run the game)
Football Games Start Sunday September 13. Lodge open at noon. Café open 1 to 5pm. 50/50 Raffles
Fall Seminar in Springfield. September 22-24.
North District Meeting at Astoria Elks Lodge Thursday, October 8. Open at 5pm for dinner, meeting at 7pm. Let’s set an attendance record this year. Grab another member, carpool and be there! St. Helens Lodge will lead the meeting.
North District VP Visitation. Chris Kitto will make his official visitation on Nov 20 & 21 at Astoria Lodge.
Dinner & Auction on Saturday November 21. Seaside Lodge Members are encouraged to attend as we are close to the location and are one of eleven Lodges in the North District.
2027 CONVENTION DATES: Put this on your calendar now! Toni Bennett will head up Convention. She will
be looking for many volunteers. April 20 through 24, 2027.
NEEDED! Someone to dig up the blackberry bushes and tidy the garden on the west side near the building.
NEEDED! People to remove old records from attic and take new records (stored in office) to attic. See Secretary Joan. Someone to keep watch on dining room tabletops. Seems folks are not cleaning up after themselves.
Reminder: Pool players please put the table covers back on when you finish your game. Smokers! Ashes do not belong in the firepit. Please use ashtrays.
It takes all of us to keep our lodge tidy.

Lounge Hours 4 pm to Closing on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Restaurant Hours 5 pm - 7 pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Closed 9/6 this month.)
